Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be returned with all original tags attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, stains, or damage

Return Method

All approved returns will be issued store credit, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly shipped, in which case a refund will be issued.

Store credit:

  • Is issued via email as a code

  • Is valid for 6 months from the date of issue

  • Can be used toward any future purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Accessories (excluding shoes and heels)

  • Lingerie and underwear

  • Swimwear without an intact hygiene seal

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A faulty product, or

  • An incorrect item

Do not return the item until you receive written instructions from our team.

Once approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Return shipping instructions will be provided

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Kouvr is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit

Assessment of Returns

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Items that do not meet the return conditions will:

  • Not be accepted, and

  • Be returned to the customer

Processing Timeframes

  • Returns typically take up to 21 business days to be received and processed after shipping

  • Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method

  • Store credit is issued via email once the return is approved

Please allow 15 days after shipping before contacting us regarding your return status.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or item:

  • Please place a new order

  • Store credit will be issued once the original return is approved

  • We do not operate on public holidays

  • Returns received outside the approved return window may be declined
